Safety affects the entire project. Our goal is to keep each and every employee safe while working on the jobsite. The Freeman team assumes responsibility for implementing a successful safety plan.
LEED
Our experienced managers are Leadership Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professionals. They develop sustainable design and construction criteria to qualify a project for this certification and recognition.
Quality Control
We have developed a successful plan for quality control. This is done in 3 phases: preparatory, initial and follow-up.
Change Order Management
Our team uses a proactive approach to change order management by incorporating tools and processes into construction that allow you to quickly identify and address potential inconsistencies, conflicts and issues; extremely early in the project timeline.
