Freeman's bid was the chosen one among a select group of qualified contractors. The Cardiology Center would be the first of its kind on the north side of Columbus. Working closely with the architectural group of Medical Design International, Freeman rose to the challenge of constructing this new state of the art cardiology practice. Both clinical services and outpatient special procedures are offered at the center. Freeman successfully led the subcontractor and vendor team through the entire endeavor to complete the project on time and within budget. The Cardiology administration and doctors were a pleasure to serve and remain very satisfied clients.
Ambulatory Care Surgery Center
An outpatient surgery center for a multitude of physicians of various specialties including orthopedics, general surgery and ophthalmology to name a few.
CRHS Pediatric Center
A part of Columbus Regional Healthcare's progressive healthcare campus, this center houses various pediatric specialty services including Pediatrics After Hours, Pediatric Neurology & Epilepsy Center and Regional Pediatric and Newborn Medicine.
The project was a new 13,800 square foot, wood-framed dermatology clinic with a single parking deck in the basement. The building housed exam rooms, multiple surgery areas, laser treatment, office and nurse stations. The 3 acre site was paved, site utilities installed and monument sign erected. The roof is composed of slate shingles and exterior is combination of stone and stucco.
Hughston Clinic Renovations
In the year 2002, Freeman was consulted on a Physical Therapy renovation project at The Hughston Clinic. We had no idea that grand expansions and facility upgrades would stem from the first project and lead to our ongoing relationship with Hughston. Along with a brand new state of the art Imaging Center Addition, the entire Hughston Clinic facility has undergone or will incur upgrade renovations. This includes physical therapy, clinical areas with x-ray and hand orthopedic specialty area, not to mention the entire Patient Waiting and Services area.
The Hughston Foundation facility was also upgraded in all areas. It included renovations to the facility Wet Laboratory, Medial Library, Museum area as well as the auditorium with state of the art audiovisual capabilities. The Foundation has trained physicians and provided orthopedic fellowships to physicians from all over the world. The Hughston Clinic and Foundation and legacy of Dr. Jack Hughston continues to serve as a model for the development and practice of Orthopedic Sports Medicine in the United States.

Pediatric Associates of LaGrange
The project is a new 5,300 square foot, wood-framed pediatric doctor's practice. The building housed exam rooms, speech rooms, offices, lab, separate waiting areas and central nurse station. The one acre site was paved and utilities run to the building. The roof was asphalt shingles and the exterior was brick.
Chattahoochee Plastic Surgery Center
This project was a new 10,000 square foot, ambulatory surgery and doctor's office with a mechanical mezzanine. The building houses exam rooms, multiple surgery areas, decontamination suite, laser treatment, fitness area, office and nurse stations. The 3 acre site was paved, new utilities run, a porte-cochere at the drive-thru and foundation with bronze statue atop a marble basin. Exterior consisted of stucco and colored wainscoting.
CRHS Medical Office Building & Connector
Columbus Regional Healthcare System's 1900 Medical Office Building offers convenient lease space for the abundance of growing medical services so vital to Columbus. Initially, the core and shell portions were planned and constructed with construction of the interior spaces completed in phases over a three year period thereafter. A part of the overall CRHS campus scheme was to include renovation of the Ambulatory Care and Dialysis Center and connect it to the 1900 MOB.
