Central GA Technical College Bldg I

Completion Date: September 2004

This architecturally unique facility is a new administration and classroom annex building for Central Georgia Technical College in Macon, Georgia. Central Georgia Tech was represented by GSFIC as construction coordinator. Freeman & Associates, Inc. secured the project, as general contractor, via the conventional bid process. This 61,000 SF building was constructed in twenty-three months for a final contract amount of $7.3 million.
