The "Team Approach" is a great concept in construction management
and lends itself to a client's four main concerns, Cost,
Time, Quality and Value.
This concept provides for measurable results in producing a
quality structure that will be ready for occupancy and utilization
at the earliest possible date for the least dollar invested;
a great tool for creating value.
Another great advantage for the "Team Approach" concept is that it provides for partnering. Derived from our successful experience, we define the "Team Approach" as a professional team process formulated by an associated venture. This consists of the Owner/Program Manager, the Architect, and the Construction Manager working together to accomplish a common goal. This process can drastically reduce the design/construction time and allow for critical "value engineering" to assure proper budget controls. This creates value for you, our client.
It has often been said that in order to lead a team of talented individuals, you have to know how to be a team member. In other words, a leader must learn to follow first. Freeman has understood this concept for years. Our long list of repeat negotiated clients is testimony to how well we can fit into our role as a Construction Manager on a development team. We can truly be sensitive to the needs of each of the team members on any team for which we have leadership responsibilities.
