Pediatric Associates of LaGrange

This project is a new 5,300 square foot, wood-framed, pediatric doctor's practice. The building housed exam rooms, speech rooms, offices, lab, separate waiting areas, and central nurse station. The one acre site was paved and utilities run to the building. The roof was asphalt shingles and the exterior was brick.
